2. Our products

We sell embroidered clothing and apparel. We've made every effort to display colours and details of our products accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of embroidery. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us — we'll confirm this by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly due to a technical error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this won't affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the point of order. We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions; we do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe as indicated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, or request a refund on an order are set out in our separate [Returns & Refunds Policy], which forms part of these Terms. This includes your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
